The following Terms & Conditions apply for any website or printed material supplied by Leaf Media:

Design approval

1.1 For any website, webpage or printed material you require from Leaf Media you will be provided with a written quotation.

1.2 Written confirmation from you or payment of the required deposit outlined in the quotation indicates your acceptance of the quotation and of the Terms & Conditions found on this page.

1.3 Leaf Media will provide initial design concept(s) for your approval as specified in the quotation.

1.4 You will provide a detailed list of amendments which, in consultation with you, we will implement.

1.5 We will resubmit one amended design to be signed off by you.

Content provision and amendments

2.1 We will start to produce the website or printed material when we receive all the textual and image content from you.

2.2 We will notify you when the website or printed material design is substantially complete and shall provide access to you to all of the website or printed material designs.

2.3 You will provide to us a comprehensive list of amendments and other modifications.

2.4 After consultation with you we will make the agreed amendments and modification. We will notify you of when the amendments have been completed for your approval.

2.5 You may provide us with one further comprehensive list of amendments and modifications which, after consultation with you, we will implement.

2.6 Any further amendment requests will be chargeable at the rate provided within our quotation.

2.7 If you require an amendment to the website or printed material to take account of any application function or performance criteria or additional content not previously specified then we will be entitled to make such revision to the timetable and the completion date as we shall in the circumstances reasonably judge necessary. We may adjust our fees accordingly following prior consultation and agreement between us. In the event that a fee for the additional work cannot be agreed upon then we will be under no obligation to undertake the additional work.

Payment schedule

3.1 A non-returnable deposit of at least one third (33%) of the total agreed cost (provided in the written quotation) is payable by you before Leaf Media can start any design or production work.

3.2 A second payment of one third (33%) of the total agreed cost is due when the website or printed material is substantially complete and you are given access to the website or printed material designs (see para 2.2).

3.3 The final balancing payment is due 14 days after the website is published and/or printed material is delivered to you.
